By employing an “asset class rotation” strategy, our programs use proprietary analytics to be responsive to changing market conditions. This dynamic allocation technique intends to analyze the markets and position investments for the current landscape by positioning the portfolio with over- and under-weighted positions based on our market analytics.

What are the fees for your programs?

For The Asset Allocator, The Capital Constructor and The Sector Selector, the fees for Absolute Capital’s management are as follows:

2.00%………on the first $125,000
1.60%………on the assets between $125,000 and $250,000
1.30%………on the assets between $250,000 and $500,000
1.00%………on the assets between $500,000 and $1,000,000
0.80%………on the assets between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000
0.65%………on the assets between $2,000,000 and $3,000,000
Entire advisory fee is negotiable for accounts over $3,000,000

For The Portfolio Protector, the fees for Absolute Capital’s management are as follows:

2.00%………on the first $125,000
1.75%………on the assets between $125,000 and $250,000
1.50%………on the assets between $250,000 and $750,000
1.00%………on the assets between $750,000 and $1,500,000
0.75%………on the assets between $1,500,000 and $3,000,000
Entire advisory fee is negotiable for accounts over $3,000,000

A pro-rata fee may also be charged according to the fee schedules listed above for additional contributions to your account(s) intra-period. No fee adjustment will be made for partial withdrawals unless arrangements are made and at the Adviser’s discretion.

What is your account minimum?

The account minimum for all of our programs is $30,000.

What is the billing cycle?

The fees for our services will be assessed annually in advance unless other arrangements are made with us.

What if my risk profile / investment objectives change?

Should your risk profile or investment objectives change, notify us or your financial representative immediately. With written instructions, you can change your program type selection without interrupting our management services.

Can I look up my account value online?

Yes, your financial representative or one of our representatives can establish an on-line account login for you. With this login, you will be able to view account information, such as your account value and current positions.

How will I receive a statement?

You will receive your account statements directly from the qualified custodian for your account.

Can I continue to receive systematic withdrawals?

On most platforms, Absolute Capital’s management can be compatible with systematic withdrawal programs. Upon the establishment of your account with us, you must notify us of the presence of such programs at which time we’ll confirm whether they can continue uninterrupted.

Do you “household” accounts for calculating fee breakpoints?

Yes, all accounts under our management in the same household will be aggregated to establish fee breakpoints and calculate management fees.

What if I decide to cancel?

You can cancel management at any time by notifying Absolute Capital. Within thirty days written notice, your account will be terminated and you will receive a pro-rata refund of any unearned advisory fees. More information is included in Absolute Capital’s Client Agreement.

How do I get started?

Your financial representative will provide you with a folder that includes program brochures, disclosure documents and the Client Agreement for your review and signature – as well as any other necessary paperwork such as transfer forms or custody forms. Investment advisory services begin on the date that the account is accepted by Absolute Capital and initially allocated into the management positions. You will receive a letter from us which indicates the date on which management services started. This is your notice that management services have begun. Until you receive this notice, you should not assume that management has begun. Clients and/or their financial representative may contact Absolute Capital at any time to inquire on the status of their account. Absolute Capital is not responsible for performance prior to our acceptance and establishment of investment advisory services.
