What is your account minimum?

The account minimum for all of our programs is $30,000.

What is the billing cycle?

We offer both quarterly and annual billing options.

What if my risk profile / investment objectives change?

Should your risk profile or investment objectives change, notify us or your financial representative immediately. With written instructions, you can change your program type selection without interrupting our management services.

Where are my assets custodied?

Each of your accounts has a qualified custodian that is separate from Absolute Capital. Investments in our strategies through advisory platforms may be custodied with Charles Schwab, Fidelity Investments, TD Ameritrade or Trust Company of America. You should receive account statements from your account’s qualified custodian at least quarterly.

How will I receive a statement?

You will receive your account statements at least quarterly directly from the qualified custodian for your account.

Can I continue to receive systematic withdrawals or make systematic deposits?

On most platforms, Absolute Capital’s management can be compatible with systematic programs. Upon the establishment of your account with us, you must notify us of the presence of such programs at which time we’ll confirm whether they can continue uninterrupted.

What if I decide to cancel?

You can cancel management at any time by notifying Absolute Capital. Within thirty days written notice, your account will be terminated and you will receive a pro-rata refund of any unearned advisory fees.

How do I get started?

Your financial representative can provide you with a folder that includes program brochures, disclosure documents and the Client Agreement for your review and signature – as well as any other necessary paperwork such as transfer forms or custody forms. Investment advisory services begin on the date that the account is accepted by Absolute Capital and initially allocated into the management positions. You will receive a letter from us which indicates the date on which management services started. This is your notice that management services have begun. Until you receive this notice, you should not assume that management has begun. Clients and/or their financial representative may contact Absolute Capital at any time to inquire on the status of their account. Absolute Capital is not responsible for performance prior to our acceptance and establishment of investment advisory services.
