Tammy leads firm-wide initiatives that sit at the intersection of strategy, efficiency, and process innovation. She earned her B.A. from Penn State University and her M.B.A. from Duquesne University.

Prior to joining the firm, Tammy spent two decades with Bayer, where she specialized in supply chain management, business process optimization, and organizational change. As a Six Sigma Black Belt, she brings deep expertise in operational excellence and systems design.

At Absolute Capital, she applies this background to enhance the efficiency and scalability of held-away 401(k) account management—streamlining processes and interfaces for both internal teams and the advisors they serve.
